Recommendation of dividend

KDS Accessories Ltd.: The company has recommended 10 per cent cash dividend and 5.0 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2018. The AGM will be held on October 25, 2018 at 11:00 am at Chittagong Boat Club, Near Old Airport, Patenga, Chittagong. Record date is September 18, 2018.
