Suspension of trading

Trading of the units of CAPM BDBL Mutual Fund 01, CAPM IBBL Islamic Mutual Fund and SEML Lecture Equity Management Fund will remain suspended on its record date, today (Tuesday). Trading of the units of the funds will resume on September 05, 2018.

Disbursement of dividend

Pragati Insurance Ltd: The company has informed that it has credited the bonus shares for the year ended on December 31, 2017 to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts and also disbursed the cash dividend to the respective shareholders.

Marico Bangladesh Ltd.: The company has informed that it has disbursed 1st interim cash dividend for the year ended on March 31, 2019 to the respective shareholders' bank accounts through BEFTN System.

Agrani Insurance Company Ltd.: Mr. Abdul Kader Khan, one of the sponsors directors of the company, has further reported that he has completed his buying of 75,000 shares of the company at prevailing market price through stock exchange as per declaration disseminated on 12.07.2018.
