IBBL opens spl campaign

Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited has inaugurated a special campaign on Financial Inclusion with the slogan 'Financial Inclusion: Small Savings & Accelerated Development'. Md. Mahbub ul Alam, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank inaugurated the campaign as the chief guest on Monday. Md. Abul Bashar, General Manager, Financial Inclusion Department of Bangladesh Bank addressed the program as chief discussant. A.H.M. Rafiqul Islam, Joint Director of Bangladesh Bank attended the function as special guest. Presided over by Mohammed Monirul Moula, Additional Managing Director of the Bank, Abu Reza Md. Yeahia, Deputy Managing Director addressed welcome speech on the occasion. Taher Ahmed Chowdhury, Muhammad Qaisar Ali and Hasne Alam, Deputy Managing Directors of the Bank also addressed the programme. Head Office executives and heads of different branches of the Bank were present on the occasion. The campaign will continue from February 4 to March 14, 2019 with a view to bring students, farmers, laborers, small traders, expatriates and people of all class & profession under banking service.

At the time of his death, his total holding was 1,34,32,000 shares. Subsequently, adding bonus shares, the holding rose to 1,47,75,200. Now these shares will be transmitted in the accounts of his successors in the following manner as per succession certificate issued by the Court within next 30 working days: 18,46,900 shares to Mrs. Farida Khanam; Sponsor Director of the Company, 51,71,320 shares to Mr. Mahmudur Rahman; Sponsor Director of the Company, 51,71,320 shares to Mr. Mahbubur Rahman Khan and 25,85,660 shares to Masuma Khan.
