Dhaka Bank re-elects chairman
Reshadur Rahman has been re-elected as the Chairman of the board of directors of Dhaka Bank Limited. He is a successful entrepreneur and associated with several other companies. Md. Amirullah has been elected as the new Vice Chairman of the board while Abdul Hai Sarker as the Chairman of the Executive Committee, Khondoker Monir Uddin as the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Syed Abu Naser Bukhtear Ahmed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Other members of the board include Rokshana Zaman, Altaf Hossain Sarker, Mohammad Hanif, Abdullah Al Ahsan, Tahidul Hossain Chowdhury, Jashim Uddin, Khondoker Jamil Uddin, Mirza Yasser Abbas, Amanullah Sarker, M. CRISL rates Standard Bank 'AA'
Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) has assigned the rating to Standard Bank Limited as "AA" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with a stable outlook in consideration of its audited financial statements up to December 31 2017, unaudited financial statements up to March 31, 2018 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration. — DSE Online
