NITOL INSURANCE HOLDS 26TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 26th Annual General Meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited was held on virtual platform on Tuesday. A K M Monirul Hoque, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Vice-Chairman Zobair Humayun Khandaker, Director Naeema Hoque, Mahmudul Hoque Shamim, Nazme Ara Husain, Md. Murad Hossain, Independent Directors Md. Mamunur Rashid and Md. Shoharab Ali Khan, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) S. M. Mahbubul Karim, CFO Md. Altaf Hossain and Head of Internal Audit & Compliance Md. Liakat Hossen were present. The meeting approved 10% dividend (5% cash & 5% stock) for the year 2024.
