ONE Bank Limited, as a part of its CSR activities arranged a scholarship distribution ceremony for the financially insolvent but meritorious students of various educational institutions of Rajshahi, Sirajgonj, Rangpur and Bogra District at Pouro Shahid Titu Auditorium, Bogra on Sunday. Sayeed H. Chowdhury, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ONE Bank Limited distributed the scholarships among the recipients. M Fakhrul Alam, Managing Director of the bank, delivered welcome speech. Mr. Sayeed H. Chowdhury in his speech informed the audience that ONE Bank has been working as a co-partner towards the development and welfare of the society by ensuring education for financially insecured but meritorious students for spreading the light of education.
Mr. Zahur Ullah, Chairman of Executive Committee spoke on the occasion and Mr. Wakar Hasan, Deputy Managing Director of the Bank gave his vote of thanks in the programme. Among others, Senior Executives of the Bank, parents of the scholarship recipients, teachers and elites of the locality were present in the programme.
