Pragati Insurance Board meeting held

The 333rd meeting of the Board of Directors of Pragati Insurance Ltd was held at the Head office of the company in Dhaka recently. Syed M. Altaf Hussain, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Directors Khalilur Rahman, Mohammed Abdul Awwal, Syedur Raman, Mohammed Abdul Malek, Nasir Latif, Md. Mushfiqur Rahman, Nahreen Yeahea, Tajwar M. Awal and Independent Directors Hasinatun Naher, Muhammed Jamaluddin, Mahbub Anam, CEO Syed Sehab Ullah Al-Manjur, AMD & Head of Admin & HR Major (retd.), Sadat Md. Musa, CFO Amar Krishna Shil, Head of Internal Audit Dept. Md. Nasir Uddin and Company Secretary Mohammad Jafar Ali attended the meeting. The Board has recommended 20% cash & 7% stock dividend for its shareholders.
