PRAGATI INSURANCE HOLDS 344TH BOARD MEETING

The 344th meeting of the board of directors of Pragati Insurance PLC was held at the company's head office in Dhaka on Sunday. Syed M. Altaf Hussain, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Vice-Chairman Mohd Mushfiqur Rahman, directors Mohammed Abdul Awwal, Syedur Raman, Mohammed Abdul Malek, Nasir Latif, Nigar Jahan Chowdhury, Syed Muhammad Jan, Farida Akther, independent directors Mahbub Anam, Prof. Shamsun Naher, and Advisor Md. Rezaul Karim, CEO (cc) Sharif Mustaba, Head of Admin & HR Major (retd.) Sadat Md. Musa, CFO Amar Krishna Shil, Head of Internal Audit Dept. Md. Nasir Uddin and Company Secretary Mohammad Jafar Ali attended the meeting.
