PRAGATI INSURANCE HOLDS 39TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Pragati Insurance Ltd. held its 39th Annual General Meeting on a digital platform on Thursday. Syed M. Altaf Hussain, Chairman of the company, presided over the AGM. Directors Khalilur Rahman, Mohammed Abdul Awwal, Md. Syedur Rahman, Md. Mushfiqur Rahman, Mohammed Abdul Malek, Nasir Latif, Nigar Jahan Chowdhury, NahreenYeahea, Syed Muhammad Jan, Tajwar M. Awal, Independent Directors Muhammad Jamaluddin, Hasinatun Naher, Mahbub Anam, Advisor Md. Rezaul Karim, CEO Syed Sehab Ullah Al-Manjur (ACII) and a good number of shareholders participated in the AGM. The shareholders approved 20 per cent cash and 7 per cent stock dividend for the year 2024.
