The 17th Annual General Meeting of Pragati Life Insurance Limited was held at Trust Milonayaton in the city on Thursday. Chairman of the company Khalilur Rahman presided over the meeting. CEO Md Jalalul Azim was also present on the occasion. The AGM approved 8.0 per cent cash and 17 per cent stock dividend for the year 2016.

The approval came at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held at Trust Milonayaton in the city on Thursday.
Chairman of the company Khalilur Rahman presided over the meeting, according to a statement.
Among others, Directors Syed M Altaf Hussain, Mohammed Abdul Awwal, Tabith M Awal, Md Shafiur Rahman, Tafsir M Awal, Mohammed Abdul Hamid, Syed Muhammad Jan, Muhammad Jamaluddin and Dr Rashed Al Mahmud Titumir and CEO Md Jalalul Azim attended the AGM. Moreover, a large number of shareholders were also present in the meeting. Company Secretary Mozammel Hossain conducted the programme.
