PRAN RECEIVES ICSB AWARD

Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd. (AMCL-PRAN), a listed company on the stock exchange, won the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) award for its outstanding corporate governance practices as well as transparency and accountability in overall management. ICSB presented the award to AMCL-PRAN for 2023 in 'Food and Allied' category. Uzma Chowdhury, Director (Corporate Finance) of PRAN-RFL Group, received the award from Finance and Commerce Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed at the award ceremony held at a city hotel on Saturday.
