The shareholders of the company approved 5.0 per cent stock dividend for the year 2018, said a statement.
The meeting was presided over by Nargis Anwar, Vice-chairman of the Company. Director and Chairman of Executive Committee Engr. A.Z.M. Akramul Haq and Director, Farzana R. Shahabuddin were present in the meeting. Among others, Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committee Mr. Abu Sadek Md. Sohel, Independent Director Mr. A.K.M. Shamsuddin and Alternate Director Mr. Bahadur Bapari were also present in the meeting. Sponsors of the Company Mr. A.S.M. Feroz Alam & Mr. Md. Nasiruddin Choudhury attended.
