Recommendation of dividend

Reliance Insurance: Reliance Insurance Limited has recommended 15 per cent cash and 10 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2017. The AGM will be held on March 31, 2018 at 11:00 am at La-Vita Hall, Lake Shore Hotel, House # 46, Road # 41, Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212. Record Date is on March 12, 2018. Reliance Insurance Limited has also reported Earnings per share (EPS) of Tk.5.28.
