Regulator approves new fund manager EDGE AMC Ltd

EDGE AMC (Asset Management Company) has received registration certificate from the securities regulator to work as a fund manager.

Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) issued the certificate for asset management operation to EDGE AMC Limited on February 28, 2018, a statement said.

EDGE AMC Ltd, the 33rd asset management company of the country, has initiated offering asset and wealth management solutions to individual and institutional investors.

Founded by a team of investment management professionals with strong track-record, EDGE AMC is committed to deliver strong investment results to its clients by harnessing long-term, value investing opportunities in Bangladesh, the statement said.
