Robi partners with Teletalk and Summit Towers

Robi Axiata Ltd., Teletalk Bangladesh Limited and Summit Towers Limited have recently entered into a tri-party agreement for sharing network infrastructure. Under the agreement, Robi and Teletalk will be able to share their infrastructure in collaboration with Summit Tower as per infrastructure or tower-sharing guideline. Teletalk's Managing Director AKM Habibur Rahman, Summit Tower's MD and CEO Md Arif Al Islam and Robi's ACEO and CFO M Riyaaz Rasheed signed the agreement in presence of BTRC Chairman (senior secretary) Shyam Sunder Sikder and Post and Telecommunication division secretary Md Khalilur Rahman at the conference room of Posts and Telecommunications division at the Secretariat. The partnership will help the mobile network

operators (MNOs) to facilitate quick rollout and serve their customers better. It will also help the MNOs to optimise assets, including energy, by utilising their existing resources.
