Mujib Ahmed Siddique Mujib Ahmed Siddique has been appointed as a director on the board of Rupali Bank PLC for a three-year term, according to a notification from the Financial Institutions Division under the Ministry of Finance.
On receiving approval from Bangladesh Bank, he joined the Rupali Bank's board meeting, says a press release of the bank.
Previously, Mr Siddique served as Senior Executive Vice President at AB Bank PLC and Executive Vice President at Dhaka Bank PLC.
During his 35-year career, he held important responsibilities, including serving as an adviser for project development, human resource development, and training at USAID Bangladesh mission.
He holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) at Dhaka University and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) from the University of London.
