The 10th Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of state-owned Rupali Bank PLC were held at its conference room on Wednesday. The meeting was conducted on a hybrid format by bank's Chairman Md Nazrul Huda. Mohammad Helal Uddin, Joint Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, was present as the government representative. Managing Director of Rupali Bank Kazi Md Wahidul Islam delivered the welcome speech.
