Rupali Insurance holds 37th AGM

The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rupali Insurance Company Limited was held recently. Mostafa Quamrus Sobhan, chairman of the company, presided over the AGM, which was held virtually from Rupali Bima Bhaban in the capital. The meeting was attended by Directors Fazlutun Nessa, Shafia Sobhan Chowdhury, Abu Hena, S Ahmed, along with Chief Executive Officer Fauzia Quamrun Tania, Advisor PK Roy and Consultant Nazrul Islam. During the meeting, the shareholders approved a 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2024.
