SAMORITA HOSPITAL HOLDS 40TH AGM

The 40th annual general meeting (AGM) of Samorita Hospital Ltd. was held on Tuesday. Company Chairman Prof. Dr. Riaz Ahmed Chowdhury presided over the hybrid meeting. The AGM approved the directors' report, audited financial statements for the year ended in June, five per cent cash dividends, election and appointment of directors and appointment of auditors for the financial year 2025-2026. Mojibul Islam, vice chairman, Dr. A. B. M. Haroon, managing director, members of the board of directors, company secretary and large number of shareholders attended the meeting.
