The School Banking Conference- 2025 was held in Bhola on Saturday, aimed at encouraging school students to develop a habit of saving. Imtiaz Ahmad Masum, director of the Bangladesh Bank in Barishal, attended the conference as chief guest. Mirza Azhar Ahmad, deputy managing director & chief operating officer (COO) of Bank Asia, presided over the event. Bank Asia served as the lead bank, with the participation of 24 commercial banks, all working together to promote financial literacy.
