SHAHJIBAZAR POWER HOLDS 18TH AGM

The 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shahjibazar Power Co. Ltd. was held on a digital platform on Wednesday. Among others, Anis Salahuddin Ahmad (Chairperson), Faridul Alam (Managing Director), A.K.M Badiul Alam (Director), Md. Shamsuzzaman (Director), Akbor Haider (Director), Faisal Alam (Director), Asgar Haider (Director), Mohammed Nurul Amin (Independent Director & Chair of Audit and NRC), Sharif Wadud, (Independent Director), Tanzina Ahsan (Independent Director), Yeasin Ahmed (Company Secretary), Bhulon Bhowmik (CFO), Engr. Md. Shariful Islam (COO), and Sazzad Iftekhar (HOF) joined the AGM. The meeting approved 20% cash dividend for the shareholders for FY 2024-25.
