"Designed by architect Ehsan Khan, it is due for completion in December 2022. The Structural, MEP and Facade designs are all done by world renowned Meinhardt Group. The tower will have 5 basements with mechanical ventilation system for 340 cars", the statement added.
Besides there will be a modern café, exquisite rooftop restaurant with panoramic views, 8 high speed elevators including a fireman's lift, state-of-the-art firefighting and detection system, 2 pressurized fire stairs, BMS and central security system, and a grand 45 feet high atrium entrance. It will also be a green building pursuing LEED, with a double-glazed unitized facade system ensuring energy efficiency.
This is also the first wind tunnel tested building design in the country by RWDI Singapore, ensuring advanced structural integrity. Shanta's first commercial project- Shanta Western Tower began the massive transformation of Tejgaon into the new commercial hub of Dhaka city in 2012, now Shanta Forum- the first twin towers of the country and Shanta Pinnacle are the latest additions to the skyline.
