Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) Wednesday suspended the share trading of Pharma Aids as the Company has created obstructions for DSE official while carrying out its normal activities in relation to listed companies, officials said.
A show-cause notice has also been served upon the company by the premier bourse to clarify their position in creating impediments for DSE official.
The news posted on DSE website said the company has not allowed DSE official to conduct an official factory premise inspection.
"The issuer has failed to comply with its continuing obligations in respect of listing regulations by preventing the exchange from carrying out its essential work to protect the greater interest of investors," the prime bourse of the country said.
As per the DSE decision, the company's trading will remain effective until further order.
