Sonali Bank holds meeting on grievance redress management

Sonali Bank PLC organised a meeting for 2024-25 fiscal year with customers/participants on Grievance Redress Management to implement of Annual Performance Agreement (APA) 2024-2025 at the bank's head office in the city on Sunday. Deputy Managing Director of the bank Shamim Uddin Ahmed attended the meeting as the chief guest. General Manager of the bank Md Abdul Kuddus presided over the meeting while deputy managing directors, general managers and related executives of head office attended the programme.
