Md Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, Executive Director of Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd, inaugurated the fair on Tuesday. Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd celebrated its 37th founding anniversary by organising a housing fair, running from April 15 to May 15, 2025.

The fair will be held simultaneously at Sheltech's Dhaka and Chattogram offices, operating every day from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, including Fridays.
Over 300 apartments and commercial spaces will be available at prime locations such as Banani, Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Bashundhara, Kakrail, Malibagh, Uttara, Asad Avenue, Jolshiri Abashon, and Panchlaish R/A in Chattogram. A special offer of up to Tk 2.5 million will be provided for booking apartments or commercial spaces at the anniversary fair.
The event was attended by Strategic Planning, PR & Marketing Adviser Naushad Choudhury, Chief Operating Officer Shajahan, Senior GM Engineer Hosneara Parvin, Head of Sales & Marketing AKM Rafiul Islam, and other senior officials.
Interested buyers can join the fair at either of the two venues located in Dhaka or Chattogram.
Dhaka Venue: Dr. Toufiq M. Seraj Lounge, Sheltech Tower, 60 Sheikh Russel Square, West Panthapath, Dhaka.
Chattogram Venue: Rubiya Heights (2nd Floor), House 7/A/1, Road 3, Zakir Hossain Road, South Khulshi, Chattogram.
