The United Nations Global Compact Network Bangladesh celebrated Sustainability Day 2024 with an event at a city hotel on Wednesday. This year's theme, "Building Resilience: Advancing Sustainability," reflects the critical moment in Bangladesh's history, with a change in the political landscape, an evolving regulatory environment and its upcoming graduation from the Least Developed Countries (LDC) category. Lamiya Morshed, Principal Coordinator, Sustainable Development Goals, the Chief Adviser's Office; was present at the event as the chief guest. Farooq Sobhan, Network Representative of the UN Global Compact Network Bangladesh; Stefan Liller, Resident Representative, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Bangladesh; Christian Brix Moller, Ambassador of Denmark; Antonio Alessandro, Ambassador of Italy; Ambassador M.
