The 20th Annual General Meeting of ICB Asset Management Company Limited (a subsidiary of ICB)

The 20th Annual General Meeting of ICB Asset Management Company Limited (a subsidiary of ICB) was held virtually by using digital platform on Saturday. Dr. Mojib Uddin Ahmed, Chairman of the Company presided over the meeting. The CEO ATM Ahmedur Rahman along with other directors and shareholders of the company were also present in the meeting. The shareholders approved 50 per cent cash dividend (including 40 per cent interim) per share for 2019-2020 in the meeting.
