Trust deed signing ceremony of AMS Global First Fund held

A trust deed signing ceremony of "AMS Global First Regular Income Fund" between Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB), as trustee and AMS Global Asset Management Company Limited, as sponsor of the fund was held at the ICB Head Office in the city on Thursday. Managing Director of ICB Md Abul Hossain and CEO of AMS Global Asset Management Company Limited Muhammad Asmoth Ali Dori signed the trust deed on behalf of their respective organisations. Under the deal, ICB will act as the trustee of the fund. The initial size of the fund is Tk 250 million and the face value is Tk 10.00 (ten) per unit.
