United Commercial Bank (UCB) hosted its 506th meeting of the board of directors on Tuesday at the corporate office of the bank. UCB Chairman Sharif Zahir presided over the meeting. Among others, Managing Director & CEO Mohammad Mamdudur Rashid; the board's Vice-Chairman Md. Shazzad Hossoin; Executive Committee Chairman Md. Tanvir Khan; and Audit Committee Chairman Obaidur Rahman FCA were present at the meeting.
