UCB INVESTMENT FACILITATES BOND ISSUANCE FOR TRUST BANK

UCB Investment Limited has successfully arranged the issuance of the 'TBL 7th Subordinated Bond' valued at Tk 4,500 million for Trust Bank PLC. The fund raised through this bond will enhance Trust Bank's Tier II capital, thereby strengthening its financial foundation and enabling it to drive business growth. The financial closure ceremony for the bond was held at the head office of Trust Bank in Dhaka recently. Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury, Managing Director of Trust Bank, Tanzim Alamgir, Founding Managing Director and CEO of UCB Investment Limited, and other senior officials attended the event.
