UCB PLC holds 506th board Meeting

Sharif Zahir, Chairman of United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB PLC), presides over the 506th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank, at its Corporate Office in the city on Wednesday. Among others, Vice-Chairman of the Board Md Shazzad Hossoin; Executive Committee Chairman of the Board Md Tanvir Khan; Audit Committee Chairman of the Board Obaidur Rahman; Risk Management Committee of the Board Md Yusuf Ali and Managing Director and CEO Mohammad Mamdudur Rashid were present in the meeting.
