The 33rd meeting of the newly-formed board of directors of Union Bank PLC was held at its head office in the city on Thursday. Chairman of the bank Md Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting. Chairman of Risk Management Committee Md Humayun Kabir, Chairman of Audit Committee Sheikh Zahidul Islam, Independent Directors Dr Md Shahidul Islam Zahid, Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director and CEO Mohd Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting.
