Union Capital Limited holds 27th AGM

The 27th Annual General Meeting of Union Capital Limited was held on Tuesday in the city with Chairman and Independent Director of the company Munshi Shafiul Haque presiding over the meeting. Among the directors, Nadeem A. Chaudhury, Independent Director nominated by Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC), Associate Professor of Management Studies Department of Dhaka University Dr. Qazi Moinuddin Mahmud, Independent Directors Fakhruddin Ahmed, Mohammad Anwarul Haque, Mohammad Eklas Uddin, and Administrator appointed by Bangladesh Bank Md. Ferdaush Hossain participated in the AGM held online with many attending it in-person.
