The 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Union Insurance Co. Ltd. was held virtualy recently. The AGM was presided over by Founder Chairman of the company Mozaffar Hossain Paltu. The 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Union Insurance Co. Ltd. was held virtualy recently. The AGM was presided over by Founder Chairman of the company Mozaffar Hossain Paltu, said a statement.
The shareholders expressed their satisfaction with the overall performance of the company. After the AGM, a meeting of the board of directors was held and Founder Chairman Mozaffar Hossain Paltu unanimously re-elected as chairman of the company.
Mohammed Hasmat Ali was re- elected as Vice Chairman and Md. Azizur Rahman was re-elected as Chairman of the Executive Committee.
Beside of these Md. Belayet Hossain was elected as Chairman of Finance Committee, Murshed Murad Ibrahim as Chairman of Claim Committee, Mohammad Faiz as Chairman of the Audit Committee and M. U. A. Quader is elected as Chairman of NRC Committee.
Other directors, shareholders and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Talukder Md. Zakaria Hossain were also present in the meeting.
