Uttara Bank PLC declared 35% dividend (17.50% cash and 17.50% stock) for the year 2024 and approved the Annual Report-2024 at its 42nd Annual General Meeting held on a digital platform on Monday. The meeting was presided over by Azharul Islam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank. Iftekharul Islam, Vice Chairman of the Board; Maksudul Hasan, Managing Director & CEO (Acting); and other directors attended the meeting. Shareholders joined the meeting virtually.
