Vista to manufacture AUX ACs

Bangladeshi brand Vista is set to enter the global market.

Vista Electronics Limited has signed a joint venture agreement with China's AUX, one of the world's fastest-growing companies.

Under this agreement, AUX-branded air conditioners (AC) will be manufactured at Vista's factory in Bangladesh. In addition to being sold in the local market, these products will also be exported to various countries, says a press release.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has recently been signed between Bangladesh's Vista and China's AUX for a joint venture at AUX's main R&D office in Ningbo, China.

Chairman of Vista Electronics Shamsul Alam and Director (RAC, Asian Region) Ji Zhu Ling signed the agreement on behalf of Vista Electronics and AUX respectively.

Vista's Managing Director Lokman Hossain Akash, Director Moha-mmad Masud, Director (Brand and Promotion) Hasin Farhan, AUX Regional Manager Lonie Wang, Country Manager Md Mostafizur Rahman, SKD Manager Golden Yang, National Manager Jian Tsu, and Sales Manager Weng were present at the signing ceremony.
