WALTON GLOBAL DISTRIBUTORS MEET HELD IN NEPAL

Tech giant Walton's 'Global Distributors Meet-2026' was held at a hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal, recently. More than 250 distributors or business partners of Walton from Nepal and Bangladesh participated in the meet. Bangladesh Ambassador to Nepal Md Shafiqur Rahman was present as the chief guest while Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC's Managing Director S M Mahbubul Alam joined the event virtually. Addressing the Walton's business partners, he said, "Today, we are moving forward globally as a result of your tireless efforts and love for Walton. Walton has established its presence in over 55 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. This expanding global footprint reflects the universal appeal of our products and our strong ability to meet the diverse needs of customers worldwide. We are rapidly progressing toward reaching 100 countries with our products worldwide." The event was also attended by Walton Distributor in Nepal Thapa Business Group's Managing Director Pranil Thapa, Director Pranimesh Thapa and General Manager Surendra Pokharel, Walton Hi-Tech's Vice-chairman's Business Coordinator Shahjalal Hossain Limon, Chief Marketing Officer Zoheb Ahmed, Head of Distributor Network Md. Firoj Alam, and Walton Fridge Chief Business Officer Md. Tahasinul Haque. At the event, Ambassador Shafiqur Rahman unveiled 18 new models of Walton refrigerators. The new models include a 165-litre single-door refrigerator, especially designed for the Nepalese market.
