Western Marine inks deal with NRB Equity Management

CHITTAGONG, Jan 01: The Western Marine Shipyard Ltd signed an agreement with NRB Equity Management Ltd on issuance of rights share today.

Managing Director of Western Marine Shipyard Md Sakhawat Hossain and Director of NRB Equity Management Ltd Md. Kamrul Hassan signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies at Western Marine Shipyard head office here.

Western Marine's Deputy Managing Director Md Abdul Mobin, CFO Jamal Uddin, Company Secretary Shahadat Hosen, Senior General Manager Md Salimul Kibria and DGM Md Abul Mansur, among others, were present during the deal signing ceremony.

Under the agreement, NRB Equity Management Ltd will work as the 'Manager to the Issue' in rights share issuance of Western Marine Shipyard Ltd.
