WOMEN EMPOWERMENT BANGLADESHI CANADIAN ORGANISATION LAUNCHED

The Women Empowerment Bangladeshi Canadian Organisation (WEBCO) was officially launched on Saturday at a ceremony attended by professional women, newcomers, entrepreneurs and business owners. WEBCO Founder and President Taniza Reza delivered the welcome address. Toronto City Council candidate, Natalia Jonson, joined the launching ceremony. The cultural segment featured musical performances by Tajnin Sohana and a poetry recitation by Asma Shumi. Interactive games were organised by Sheikh Tanvina with support from Sayeeda Fahmee Chowdhury.
