Workshop for women entrepreneurs

IPDC Finance PLC's flagship women's empowerment initiative, Joyee, organised an upskill training programme and workshop for women entrepreneurs in Rajshahi recently.

Titled "Training on Financial Literacy & Capacity Building - An Initiative of Joyee 360," the program is designed to equip women entrepreneurs with essential skills and knowledge to drive their businesses forward, says a statement.

The training focused on two key areas vital for entrepreneurial success: access to finance and business documentation and bookkeeping. The Access to Finance session aims to guide participants on how to secure loans with proper planning and leverage financial support for business growth.

In the Business Documentation and Bookkeeping session, participants learned effective practices for managing financial records.

Speaking about the training, Rizwan Dawood Shams, Managing Director of IPDC Finance PLC, said, "We believe that empowering women entrepreneurs is not just about financial support but equipping them with the tools and knowledge to thrive in a competitive market.
