AirAsia, Zoomcar partner for rental car service

MUMBAI, Sep 28 (PTI): Malaysian budget carrier AirAsia said Wednesday it has teamed up with self-drive car rental company Zoomcar to provide mobility solutions to its customers to and from airports.

The facility will be available to all group airlines including AirAsiaIndia.

The tie-up allows AirAsia guests an ease and convenience to book Zoomcar for their local and inter-city self-driven transport through the company's portal, a statement said.

Spread across 26 cities including metro and non-metro ones, the Bengaluru-based Zoomcar allows a user to rent a car on hourly, daily, weekly and monthly basis.

"We have always believed in going extra mile to provide the best in class customer service to our guests and we are confident that through this partnership with Zoomcar, we will be able to offer the best mobility to our flyers," AirAsia India managing director and chief executive officer Amar Abrol said.
