Bangladesh Development Bank holds 14th AGM

The 14th annual general meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh Development Bank PLC was held at the bank's boardroom on Wednesday. Chairman of the bank's Board and former senior secretary Shamima Nargis presided over the meeting while Managing Director and CEO of the bank Md. Habibur Rahman Gazi presented the Annual Report 2023. Md. Shah Alam, Additional Secretary, Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, attended to the AGM as government representative. Directors Md. Ekhlasur Rahman, Md. Abu Hanif Khan, Subhash Chandra Sarker, Quazi Shairul Hassan, K.M. Tariqul Islam and Rojina Nasrin were present.
