BANKS' FORTNIGHT-LONG CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sonali Bank PLC inaugurated fortnight-long services for customers to create young entrepreneurs as part of the youth festival-2025 programme. Financial Institutions Division Additional Secretary and bank's Director Md Azimuddin Biswas inaugurated the programme at the bank's head office on Sunday. Bank's Deputy Managing Director Khan Iqbal Hossain presided over the programme.

To celebrate the Youth Festival 2025, state-owned BASIC Bank Limited inaugurated a "Fortnight-long Customer Service" at the bank's head office in the city on Sunday. The initiative is part of the programme undertaken by the Financial Institutions Division (FID) of the Ministry of Finance in state-owned commercial banks, specialized banks, and financial institutions. Helal Ahmed Chowdhoury, Chairman of the board of directors, inaugurated the programme as the chief guest. Sheikh Farid, Joint Secretary of FID and Director of BASIC Bank, attended as the special guest, while Md. Quamruzzaman Khan, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank, presided over the ceremony.

Karmasangsthan Bank organised a flagship programme titled "Customer Service Fortnight" on the occasion of "Youth Festival 2025" which has been undertaken by the Ministry of Finance's Financial Institutions Division. The inaugural ceremony of the programme was held at the bank's head office on Sunday. Dr. AFM Matiur Rahman, Chairman of the board of directors of the bank and former secretary, inaugurated the event and distributed loan cheques among four new young entrepreneurs. The ceremony was attended by Arun Kumar Chowdhury, Managing Director; Meher Sultana, Deputy Managing Director; Md. Mamunur Rashid, Deputy Secretary, Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance.
