The Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) has expanded its Online One Stop Service (OSS) platform with inclusion of five new services from the Directorate of Registration.

The inauguration ceremony took place on Sunday in the BIDA Conference Room at the Biniyog Bhaban located in the city's Agargaon area.

The newly-integrated services include land purchase deeds, lease deeds, agreement deeds, advance (Bayna) deeds, and power of attorney deeds along with certified copies.

With the addition of new ones, investors will now have access to 142 services provided by 47 agencies through the OSS platform.

The event was attended by Chowdhury Ashik Mahmud Bin Harun, Executive Chairman of BIDA (with the rank of State Minister), as Chief Guest.

Senior Secretary A.S.M. Saleh Ahmed noted that the Ministry of Land had already digitized all of its services and was now working to ensure completion of commercial land mutation within one week. He reiterated the ministry's commitment to providing investment-related services with maximum efficiency in the national interest.

Secretary Md. Liakat Ali Molla of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs stressed the importance of sincerity in service delivery and the need to properly inform investors about service fees to prevent harassment and eliminate opportunities for third-party interference.
