GTCL HOLDS 32ND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 32nd annual general meeting (AGM) of Gas Transmission Company Limited (GTCL) was held in the Board Room of the company's head office in Dhaka recently. Dr Md Hafizur Rahman Bhuiyan, Chairman of the GTCL Board of Directors, chaired the meeting, which was attended by the company's shareholders, including Petrobangla Chairman Md Rezanur Rahman, and members of the Board of Directors. The AGM approved the company's audited accounts and management report for FY 2024-25. The company earned a total revenue of over Tk 22.67 billion and its net profit after tax stood at over Tk 2.46 billion for the same fiscal year. The company deposited over Tk 9.25 billion into the national exchequer.
