HAKKANI PULP AGM APPROVES 2PC CASH DIVIDEND

The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Hakkani Pulp & Paper Mills Limited was held on Saturday in hybrid mode (both physical and online presence). The meeting, chaired by Md Golam Rasul Muktadir, Chairman of the company, approved 2% cash dividend for the shareholders for the financial year 2023-24. Managing Director Md Golam Kibria, Deputy Managing Director Md Golam Morshed, Director Farhana Ferdous, Independent Directors Prof SM Nasrul Quadir and Prof Dr Rafiuddin Ahmed, Company Secretary Mohammad Musa, and CFO Md Moinul Abedin attended the meeting alongside a large number of shareholders and stakeholders who joined both physically and virtually.
