JANATA BANK HOLDS 866TH BOARD MEETING

Janata Bank PLC held its 866th board meeting on Wednesday, with Chairman of the Board of Directors Md Fazlur Rahman in the chair. The bank's directors Dr Md Abdus Sobur, Abdul Majeed Sheikh, Abdul Awal Sarkar, Dr Md Shahadat Hossain, Md Ahsan Kabir, Md Kawser Alam, Md Obaidul Haque, Prof A. A. Mahbubuddin Chowdhury, and Managing Director Md. Mazibur Rahman attended the meeting. Deputy Managing Directors Md Golam Mortuza, Md Faiz Alam and Md Ashraful Alam were also present. The meeting discussed various important matters, including the recovery of defaulted loans.
