Padma Oil holds its 55th Annual General Meeting

The 55th Annual General Meeting of Padma Oil Company Limited was held on a digital platform on Saturday. Chairman of the Board of Directors A K M Zafar Ullah Khan presided over the meeting. Directors of the Board, Anupam Barna, Md. Zakir Hossain, Md. Tarikul Islam Khan and Kutubuddin Akhter Rashid, Managing Director Engr. Md. Abdus Sobhan, CFO Kanchan Chandra Shorn and Company Secretary Ali Absar were present at the Meeting. The shareholders approved 140 per cent cash dividend.
