People's Leasing holds 27th & 28th AGMs

People's Leasing and Financial Services Limited held its 27th and 28th Annual General Meetings for the years of 2023 and 2024 respectively using hybrid system on Tuesday. Hasan Shaheed Ferdous, Chairman of the Company, presided over the meeting. Members of the Board of Directors Dr. Kazi Anowarul Hoque, Barrister Reshad Imam, Mohammed Atiqur Rahman Atiq, Barrister Prashanta Bhushan Barua and Barrister Muhammad Shafiqur Rahman attended the AGMs. Md. Sagir Hossain Khan, Managing Director, and Md. Armia Fakir ACS, Company Secretary, were also present. At the AGMs, shareholders approved the company's Audited Financial Statements and Auditors Report for the year 2022 & 2023.
