SHAHJIBAZAR POWER HOLDS 17TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shahjibazar Power Co. Ltd. was held on a digital platform on Monday. Chairperson of the company Anis Salahuddin Ahmad, Managing Director Faridul Alam, Directors A.K.M Badiul Alam, Md Shamsuzzaman, Akbor Haider, Faisal Alam, Asgar Haider, Independent Director & Chair of Audit and NRC Mohammed Nurul Amin, Independent Director Sharif Wadud, Company Secretary Yeasin Ahmed and CFO Bhulon Bhowmik attended the AGM. The meeting approved 12 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders for FY 2023-24.
